Applications are accepted at the Institute from August through the beginning of November each year.

Required Documents for Application

• The original university degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), or a certified copy.
• A copy of the national ID card, upon presentation of the original.
• A letter of release from employment or official approval from the employer permitting the applicant to pursue their studies. For clergy members, a letter from the bishop must also be provided.
• A declaration confirming that the applicant is not currently enrolled in another college or institute and agreeing to remain so throughout the period of study at the Institute.
• Completion of the Institute’s application form.
• Three recent personal photographs.
• Signing an acknowledgment confirming awareness of and commitment to the Institute’s general admission requirements.
